YOUR RESERVOIR
Leadership is like a reservoir. We can see this pretty clearly in Arizona, where our water supplies are low and in danger of drying up. Our reservoir may be full or even half full, so it gives the appearance to those around us that we are healthy, when we, personally, know what remains of us; we know that our resource is dry, and what we are pouring into others is what's left of our supply.
This is where Restore Hope for the Valley becomes more personal. While helping others and meeting needs is absolutely important, caring for yourself must be priority #1.
