Perhaps your health is a priority for 2026, or maybe you've been feeling stuck and can't figure out how to get out of a rut, or perhaps you simply want to make time to connect with other women in/near your community. JOIN US for a walking hangout! It's one hour of movement and connection, where you're sure to learn more about people around you, get your creative juices flowing, AND get your steps in, too! #ThreeBirdsONEStone
Our first Courage (Co)mmute will take place from 6-7am on Sunday, January 11th. We will start promptly at 6am, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early. Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress in layers as mornings can be chilly.
