When one of our Courage Collective sisters is walking through a hard season, we circle up. Support can look like prayer, joining a meal train, donating to a GoFundMe, babysitting, driving to doctor appointments, dropping off coffee, taking a walk together, or simply checking in. Whatever it looks like, it all matters.

This month, we’re circling around our dear friend, Erica Jarvis. She’s been very sick since June with countless doctor visits, ER trips, treatments, and now an unexpected emergency surgery. She’ll need time off to recover, but without paid sick leave, that means a heavy financial and emotional strain on her family. Thankfully, she’s not walking this road alone. She’s got our village of elephants behind her. 🐘🐘🐘
